Redmi note 8 pro is the best phone below 15000 in my opinion. In 14,999 you are getting amazing performance with MediaTek Helio G90T. You can play pubg mobile with HDR ultra settings smoothly. Only one phone can provide this under 15000 which is poco f1.
With 6GB of RAM, 64GB of internal storage, huge display of 6.53 inch, 64MP of quad rear camera and 20MP front camera this smartphone is value for money. This is the best mobile with best camera under 15000.
It has glass back so you can use it without cover unlike plastic back which are prone to scratches.

I keep giving pubg example because that's the best way to check a smartphone's performance. If it is able to run heavy games, it will be able to run heavy apps as well. And it will perform accordingly in the upcoming time as well.

So if you take a lot of selfies you can consider vivo z1 pro. If want you want good rear camera you can buy realme 5 pro.
