Apple iPhones could showcase all screen, no-notch display

Apple has filed for a new patent first noticed by LetsGoDigital. It shows some sketches which might be the design of upcoming new iPhones in 2020. According to the sketches, the new design should have a rectangular display with curved edges. It looks like the device have no Face ID, front camera or notch. Power buttons, Volume button, SIM card tray & a physical notification switch might be available in sketches.

According to LetsGoDigital , this patent might be designed for iPhone that are to be released this year. It also says that the next versions or gen of the iPhone will come with a new in-display front-facing camera along with ab in-display fingerprint scanner.
When the text of the patent were translated, it states that this is a partial patent, which means that these sketches are not representing the design of the next iPhones. It seems to be a model of new iPhone still in work & the design is showcasing how the front part of it might look.
There are a lot of chances that this patent might be for a new iPods Touch or for a low-priced iPhone version which is in the queue & might be released this year.
Earlier Apple was rumored to be working on a successor of the iPhone SE, which could be launch in 2020 & this patent might be for that purpose according to some reports.
